For Athletes

 

The Performance Ranch is a unique training facility that blends technology with old school strength training methodologies.  We use scientifically and anecdotally proven techniques that we have seen help clients over the last decade and half. Head Coach Lawrence Herrera has blended training techniques and styles from his 15 years of experience working with a wide range of athletes such as high level professionals in the UFC and NFL, cycling, running and triathlons, as well as Olympic athletes, NCAA athletes and amatuer athletes from around the globe. The main focus has always been to improve function, health and movement skills. With the help of his team, the Performance Ranch staff has been able to help formulate the best training methodologies and adapt them to fit the athlete.  Through good relationships, adapting styles, empathy, and motivation the Performance Ranch staff has been able to help 100’s of athletes achieve their goals.

 

Corral Cycling Center

 

Enhance your cycling performance by attending our group cycling workouts. Your workout is based on your own personal power output, you get an individualized workout in a motivating group setting. This is not “spinning,” but a scientific workout based on watts that you produce by riding your own bicycle on our Computrainers. We identify your individual threshold power, which sets a benchmark for measuring your improvement throughout the year, and develop a progressive program designed to increase your power. We have a set schedule of classes as well as open workout sessions to suit your schedule.
