Optimize your body awareness, control, and true strength. Tailored to novice and expert lifters alike, the Foundation Class will reinforce proper form and help you connect and transfer movement and strength to your life outside the gym. Programming will be progressive within the session, and break down a single main major movement (squat, deadlift, press, row, plank) per session. Sessions will address tissue quality and length deficiencies common with dysfunctional patterns, prime the BIG 3 lifts, and reinforce optimal form for adding competence and confidence in lifting in and out of the gym setting.
