Summer Performance Camp
The Performance Camp is the ultimate 9-week experience for any high school athlete looking to make improvements in their sport during the off season. This camp will blend both elements of strength and speed that will prepare any athlete for their sport. Athletes will learn the basics of strength training 3x/week with a focus on proper movement. Speed & agility will be coached 2x/week on the proper mechanics of acceleration, top end speed, and multi-directional movements. Athletes attending the camp will work with a staff of experienced and dedicated coaches whose main goal is to help each individual athlete improve their performance goals as well as reduce their risk for injuries. Along with the training sessions, camp attendees will also be invited to mindfulness and nutrition clinics at the Performance Ranch.
