The Performance Ranch and Sufferfest have joined forces to bring you the ultimate winter training program. All cyclists and triathletes welcome. With these customized sessions you will gain fitness, strength, stamina and help get a grip on the nagging injuries that bothered you last season.
Our team of expert coaches have years of experience working with all individuals and will help you strive to have your best year yet. Our head coach Lawrence Herrera, CSCS *D, is a competitive cyclist and Xterra triathlete. Since 2003, he has been working with some of the best endurance athletes in the country. As a former Nike Trainer, he had the privilege to work with some of the top coaches in the world and gain a knowledge base that he still continues to expand today.
Your strength program will be based around the mastery of movements program. We base our program on the hinge, squat, push, pull, carry, and walk/run. These basics movements are fundamental to all human movement and we have seen great success with our program. Not only do we see a gain and strength and fitness we also see a decrease in the chronic injury cycle.
Your cycling program will be customized to your individual needs based on your threshold and 4 Dimensional Power Testing we perform with each participant. Our training is driven by The Sufferfest, with workouts and videos that will leave you in a puddle a sweat but make you stronger to live life beyond the gym walls.
