75 Hard Challenge
75 Hard challenge is more than a physical challenge it's a mental challenge as well. Getting through each day is going to take focus and discipline. At minimum you must complete the following in order to be successful at the challenge:
1. Workout 2x/day for a total of 45 minutes each, once must be outside.
2. Follow a meal plan, no cheat meals, no alcohol
3. Drink a gallon of water day
4. Read 10 pages a day of a non-fiction self-help book or a business book
5. Take a progress pic everyday
This is a tough challenge with yourself. Get a group of friends to hold you accountable and see how far you can push yourself. Daily check-in's with yourself and your group will keep you motivated.
